Reggie Bush Reflects On Rose Bowl Play

Reggie Bush, a guest on Chris Myers' FSN show, explained his thinking on his ill-fated lateral in the Rose Bowl.

"I remember being surrounded by three guys getting ready to tackle me," Reggie Bush says, "and I saw one of my teammates off to the right by himself and tried to pitch him the ball. That's the type of player I am. I play fearless. . . . I feel like if I would have made the pitch and we'd scored, it would have been the greatest play in college history."

Still liking the Notre Dame play

Asked by Myers to name his favorite moment with USC, Reggie Bush says, "Honestly, a favorite moment that I have is not actually me. It's when I pushed Matt (Leinart) into the end zone at Notre Dame."

Notre Dame fans, no doubt, will love hearing that.
