Top College Quarterbacks for 2007 - 2008

This is from the Heismanpundit.com
1. Pat White, West Virginia --The quarterback position is changing, thanks to Vince Young. The superstars of the future will be able to both run and pass. White is a shorter Young and the best quarterback in the college game right now. Whether throwing or running, he's a weapon with the ball in his hands

White is the top quarterback in CFB

2. Colt Brennan, Hawaii --Brennan is that rare system guy who is also a pro prospect. He set NCAA records for touchdown passes and pass efficiency rating last year. He leads a Hawaii offense that is pretty much unstoppable.

3. John David Booty, USC --Maybe the most underappreciated quarterback around, as he is constantly being measured against legends like Palmer and Leinart. An extremely accurate passer and classic gun slinger.

4. Brian Brohm, Louisville --The top NFL prospect heading into the season. Has a live arm and is a very efficient passer. He's been slowed by nagging injuries but should have a big year if he stays healthy.

5. Chase Daniel, Missouri--Exciting quarterback who can throw for 400 yards one game and rush for 100 the next. He's what Brad Smith was supposed to be.

6. Andre Woodson, Kentucky --Another top NFL prospect with prototypical size and arm strength. Has developed into the best quarterback in the SEC.

7. Colt McCoy, Texas --Set freshman records last year and should eventually become Texas' career passing leader.

8. Tim Tebow, Florida--Has all the tools to be a great quarterback. A Vince Young-type talent.

9. Sam Keller, Nebraska--NFL talent and skills but comes with a mercurial attitude. Should put it all together for the Cornhuskers this year.

10. Chad Henne, Michigan --Good, solid passer with a ton of experience. Will play a long time in the NFL.

It seems like Henne has been playing for 10 years
